Matthew's Mayonaisne Mania

Had a really good trip down despite the 3 hours sleep.  The kids did great and at 7 pm we are in Ibarra, Ecuador. Matthew inaugurated lunch with skyrocketing mayonnaise at the chicken place.  It arched up high, grazed the ceiling and shot over the people at the table behind us.  Once the young woman realized it was not in her hair she joined in the laughter and then when we realized it was stuck on the ceiling the belly laughs follows fast.
